Ms. Tonya Parker, with the Healthcare Delivery Research Program’s (HDRP) Office of the Associate Director (OAD), coordinates grants management activities this includes providing leadership, direction, and guidance to NIH staff and extramural communities on grant policies and regulations, and on guidelines in the management of the HDRP grants portfolio. She serves as the principal HDRP liaison to the DCCPS' Office of the Director on grants administrative policy and management issues and communicates with staff across Program on these issues. Prior to joining HDRP, Ms. Parker was a Program Analyst with the NCI Office of Cancer Survivorship, where she was responsible for providing technical guidance and programmatic support in the areas of portfolio analysis, grants/contracts management, in-house budget, strategic planning, and interagency agreements between NCI and other federal agencies.
Prior to joining NCI, she worked at the National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute (NHLBI) as a Grants Analyst. At NHLBI, she was responsible for providing grants management. Previously, she lived in Los Angeles, CA. Ms. Parker received her BS from Bowie State University.
