Bessie Frazier

Bessie Frazier has been with NIH since 2009. She provides overall administrative support to HDRP. Prior to that, she worked at the Defense Intelligence Agency as both a contractor and federal employee. She has also worked with the Defense Finance Accounting Service, and the Air National Guard. Ms. Frazier is continuing her education in the business arena.
