SEER-linked Data for Healthcare Delivery Research

Surveillance, Epidemiology and End Results (SEER) data linkages are the result of collaborative efforts between the National Cancer Institute (NCI) and the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). SEER-Medicare, SEER-CAHPS (Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems) and SEER-MHOS (Medicare Health Outcomes Survey) link SEER cancer registry data with medical and/or patient-reported health information.
