PRO-CTCAE and Ped-PRO-CTCAE module translations and linguistic validations are currently in development for the following languages:

As of September 2026, translation and linguistic validation of the PRO-CTCAE Item Library is in progress for the following languages:
- Amharic (Ethiopia, United States)
- Indonesian/Bahasa Indonesia (Indonesia)
- Lithuanian (Lithuania)
- Tsonga (South Africa)
Ped-PRO-CTCAE Module Languages in Development
As of September 2026, translation and linguistic validation of the Ped-PRO-CTCAE Item Libraries (Child [ages 7-17] and Caregiver) are in progress for the following languages:
- Greek (Greece)
- Hungarian (Hungary)
- Malay (Singapore, Malaysia)
- Polish (Poland)
- Thai (Thailand)
- Turkish (Turkey)
- Vietnamese (Vietnam)
